You are able to set your overall fitness goals right from the get-go whether you need to improve speed or gain strength, choose what equipment is available to you, and if you have any restrictions with previous injuries. This is a tool that adapts on the fly with your needs. I highly recommend this training app to have your best season yet!

Love the app. Great for athletes training. Also good for people looking for a customizable workout without little to equipment.

It says it right in the name but it’s truly the only program/algorithm that can adapt itself to you on the spot. Where is the 10 star option??
