I’ve loved using this app so far, I have wanted to get back in the gym but just didn’t know where to start. I started using AdaptaFit and I have been able to slowly ease myself back in, avoiding injury and kickstarting my progress!

This app is easy to use and creates a workout adapted to my schedule. I also really liked that it eased me into working out again and didn’t punish me on day one. Best workout app I’ve ever used.
