J’utilise cette application en pleine période de perte de poids, et honnêtement elle me facilite énormément la vie. En plus d’être végétarienne, j’avais souvent du mal à adapter mes recettes sans passer des heures à chercher des alternatives.

Cette appli est vraiment incroyable parce qu’elle transforme automatiquement mes recettes en fonction de mon régime alimentaire. Je peux continuer à manger des plats que j’aime, mais adaptés à mes objectifs et à mon mode de vie.

Le gros point positif aussi, c’est que je peux indiquer le nombre de personnes à table, et l’application ajuste directement les quantités. Ça me fait gagner un temps fou au quotidien et je n’ai plus besoin de recalculer chaque ingrédient pour tout le monde.

Franchement, c’est devenu un vrai indispensable dans ma cuisine : pratique, simple et super utile quand on veut manger mieux sans se compliquer la vie.
