It’s blocking some of whole ads. ### 1/5 — Do NOT Update *2026-05-08, version 4.0.0* Adblock use to be great for safari mobile. Especially for YouTube. And it was easy to manually update filter lists. Now this new update is more invasive, lacks privacy of the old one and worst - IT DOESN’T BLOCK ADS anymore. So many ads on YouTube now, and it slows down the loading on other pages significantly. Yes I have Adblock installed properly, extension turned on and all permissions given. I wish there was a downgrade option. The old very simple one where we updated the lists manually worked perfect and this new, “improved” fancy one is garbage. It has made safari almost useless. Almost every page errors out to a black screen that says, “a problem repeatedly occurred on https……”. I have no idea why companies continually change something that worked for something that doesn’t work. If it ain’t broke why “fix it”?? Speaking of.. what happened to List Management in the app? No way to see what blocking lists are actually in use. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. Got my whole family and friends on to it as well. But when the VPN mobile app is merged with the AdBlocking app, I couldn’t restore my purchase in there. And when I tried to use the Premium/VPN log in, it kept telling me that my account doesn’t exist. What do you mean my account doesn’t exist?
