• Processing fees for Personal Loans is 1.05% of the loan amount
• Loan repayment tenures start at 6 months and are up to a maximum of 48 months

Even though the application is very smooth to use, once I received my welcome kit for adcb hayyak,  I activated my account and debit card but I can’t see any interface for transaction or balance, I just see only the delivery status of my welcome kit. Any reply would be appreciated.

First of all, there was issue on start stage.
I scanned personal documents minimum 10 times, just because everytime been getting same error "Something went wrong". 
After completing this stage I got message with information that request for opening account was submitted successfully. Since then passed more than 3 weeks. And in final I got notification on app that there's no any information registered from my phone number, meanwhile all this 3 weeks Ive been getting same "Your application is under review ". No information about rejection of my request, no information about the reason...
Im sure the reason of rejection wasn't salary amount or my job title, as both are very good.

Truly disappointed and I think that its overrated bank.

This is not longer a zero balance account they have switched it this is not cool. You guys broke ur promise to your customers… 

Customer service is poor as it can get. There is not toll free number so good luck calling the customer service and hold on to your line for hours until someone answer the call just to hang up on you after few minute of communicating…

Good luck on your mobile bill for calling them.

Chat service is just as bad as calling. No body is willing to chat or help us.

It’s our money and we deserve more support from you guys.

I rather close my account asap!
