Unable to open the app at times, showing error, app can be improved to show the chart, technical details
Not able to set up alert as you cannot input date properly, call center not answering,

I had the worst trading experience with them as their customer service is very poor; reaching them requires multiple calls, incurring significant costs. Additionally, some staff members were unkind during phone interactions. Despite using their services for over a year, the overall experience was consistently unsatisfactory. Consequently, I decided to move all my investments to another broker.

It feels like I traveled back in time. If we were in 2000, this app would be great. 
Such a disappointment especially for a big bank such as ADCB

Even though the app still works like we’re still in the 90’s… the app must be updated like all their other apps. It’s ridiculous having to deal with such antiquated app to trade stocks.

App says that to r register we need to call. When calling Noone picks up or answers properly. 
This has been happening since months. 
Stop wasting time of the people in name of trading
