It’s slow. Buggy. Each new update is making it worse. Today after a new update I can’t transfer money between my accounts or send money to beneficiaries. AI native is pure hype - only thing added is a stupid chat bot that can’t help. ### 1/5 — Slow *2026-06-26* Do not focus on the UI. Your app is not a tiktok or instagram to have fancy UI it is a banking app, your primary objectives should be security and performance not fancy UI. Instead focus on performance like fast data retrieval and faster app load. Am a senior data engineer. I know how stuff works behind the scenes. Other banks Face ID is not like a camera popping up all the time. I'm not a fan although the other account layout is good but the log-in is not user friendly at all.
