I have no way to contact these scammers to get my money back. ### 1/5 — Error for brand creation *2026-03-24, version 1.4.3* The app wouldn’t create anything after the logo colors screen. It kept giving me an error and wouldn’t proceed. It’s useless if it won’t work. ### 1/5 — Horrible service *2026-03-16, version 1.4.3* I signed up for a trial for the yearly plan, used it once and was absolutely disgusted, the results were as if you gave a 5-year-old kid a laptop, and got them to create it. That’s not the main thing… The refund policy states that “We offer refunds within 7 days for monthly plans and 30 days for yearly plans, provided the platform hasn’t been used”. They said the refund should take 10-12 business days to come through. It’s now been about 3 months, I’ve sent over 5 emails, regarding the refund, and they just make a new excuse each time. I’ve spent hours and hours chasing up the refund, yet it’s still in process. I would NOT recommend this service, although it sounds good from the surface, it’s not until it’s too late that you will realise how bad it is. Wasted heaps of unnecessary time on this case. Edit: I had the subscription through the web browser therefore it’s not an Apple problem, and emailed multiple support emails, and every person made a different excuse, and would quote a new time frame which was never met.
