And lot of features are missing on the mobile app. We end up using the website even for basic stuff. Also, can’t upload/view documents from mobile. Thanks. ### 1/5 — Worst App *2024-12-04* We have 532 units in our community, and daily we receive helpdesk requests from residents as the community Adda admin. However, while accessing the app on our mobile phones, we frequently experience buffering issues. We kindly urge the developers to prioritize this concern and address these performance problems. Thank you! **Developer response:** ADDA has over time become a superapp with tons of awesome features packed in. While we were racing and trying to pack in more and more value for users, the size has taken a slight beating. Thanks for highlighting this though! Our developers are on it! ### 1/5 — Please test app before releasing *2021-11-02* I can not open any ticket raised by residents it push me back to home page always whenever opening a ticket to view it from list. There is no way to go to previous or next screen, every time you close app and need to relaunch. Go to PR and it will not scroll 8/10 times. It facilitates the residents and the maintenance office to work with ease . Well thought and has high potential for growth . However all programmes are done by non professional and many are add on with out holistic out look . Adda admin can be put to proper use by having all information on hand like the dash boards . It must be more of management tool / app rather than the working mode . The erp software is good but reports need lot of standardisation from cash in to cash out . Good domain knowledge person can guide to make it more effective . How to log in ? ### 2/5 — Need improvement in functionality *2019-07-12* One of my frequent functions as an Administrator is monitoring the Help Desk Tickets. While you have built the option to update, please also build the function to close the Ticket. Another function we miss is the Admin Discussion Forum. As an Administrator, we use this function very frequently for making important decisions and often we have to critical decisions on the go. If you can build the Discussion Forum on the iOS Adda Admin App, the Admin App would be useful for us. With that I would be able to give the App a five star rating. ### 2/5 — How to login *2017-08-18* Is this working now ? ### 3/5 — App lags *2023-02-26* Kindly look into the bugs of this application. The defaulters are 3 and the total amount should be 5.2k but it shows 9.2k even after removing the wrongly generated invoice. Most other products in the market do not have such a feature rich Admin App. Hence for us it is not possible to keep the Admin App features inside the Owner/Tenant App. Also, an App designed from Admin purpose, needs completely different design and infrastructure.
