### 5/5 — Time Really is Relative

*2026-09-24*

Added Time Focus Match Clock is the bomb. Set a time goal for anything—getting stronger, learning something, tackling the chaos, even being more grateful—and chip away whenever you can. It keeps you honest when you pause, but never makes you feel guilty about it.

Added Time proves small increments aren’t negligible. Five minutes matters. Those minutes add up, progress creates its own momentum, and I’m actually starting things I used to put off.

Maybe the secret isn’t finding more time. It’s putting the time you already have in motion.
