## What is ADDIGO Service Report?

The mobile office for craftsmen, service technicians, maintenance & field service to create & sign digital service reports right on your smartphone or tablet. Immediately during field work with your client. Mobile, digital, simple, fast & secure.

Ich nutze seit Jahren die App mit dem Cockpit. Wenn es mal klemmt kontaktiere ich den Support und mir wird immer geholfen. Danke weiter so. Kleiner Tipp das Glasdesign von Apple wäre für diese App bestimmt auch ganz schick. Ich wollte es nur mal anregen, da ich täglich damit arbeite.

Nicht schön das man nach jeden update weniger kostenlose Einstellungen hat. Nicht einmal Material kann man hinzufügen ohne pro zu kaufen ich habe das Programm schon für 40 Euro gekauft

Im zurückliegenden Jahr wurde die App immer besser und deckt nun unseren Bedarf fast zu 100% ab. Die Bedienung wurde stark verbessert und die Oberfläche kräftig aufgeräumt. Nun fehlt mir als Kleinstbetrieb nur noch die Möglichkeit, mehrere unterschiedliche Bestätigungstexte (3-5) zur Auswahl zu haben, ohne das für mich zu teure Abo buchen zu müssen.

Wir nutzen in der Firma die Software seit knapp zwei Jahren und sind sehr begeistert. Unser Monteur gibt den Bericht nach getaner Arbeit ein und mit wenigen Mausklicks kann die weitere Bearbeitung vom Büro aus erfolgen. Die Rechnung wird super professionell mitsamt QR-Code erstellt. Das Design vom ganzen Softwareauftritt ist professionell und ansprechend. Und jetzt die Krönung, gibt es mal ein Problem, hat man eine Telefonnummer und den richtigen Ansprechpartner direkt am Hörer. Kompetent und freundlich, Danke ans ganze Team !

nach dem Update auf die aktuelle Version mit dem neuen Design sind sämtliche Materialen und Leistungen verschwunden. Ein erneuter Import, der bisher immer anstandslos funktioniert hat, klappt nun nicht mehr und es gibt noch nicht mal eine Fehlermeldung oder irgendeinen Anhaltspunkt was da schief läuft. Mal davon abgesehen, dass das neue Design schrecklich ist, ist diese App für mich nun unbrauchbar geworden.

Update am 16.05.24:
schon wieder sind die Daten weg, diesmal sämtliche Grundeinstellungen. Alle Materialien haben falsche Einheiten bekommen, neu importieren funktioniert ebenfalls nicht mehr. Wird die Software überhaupt getestet, bevor sie an die Kunden ausgeliefert wird? 
Diese Software und vor allem die vielen Updates, die jedesmal etwas „zerschießen“ ist für den Produktiveinsatz absolut ungeeignet.

Einziger Lichtblick, am Design wurde etwas nachgebessert, so dass die einzelnen Abschnitte im Bericht nun deutlicher voneinander abgegrenzt sind und es kein Einheitsbrei mehr ist.
