is great companie for work ,  i motorbike couriers (no all) take jobs , and driving car , only take long distance jobs , office need take control for this , i work on motorbike , if this people continue make the job like this is bad for the companie  and  rest of the couriers, people rents account  this is ilegal  , please i need action on this

So many glitches, doesnt notify when isnt open,(on screen), unable to make decisions, always have to call if we need anything and wasting time.

Addison Lee is a disgrace for elite chauffeurs. They called Executive Driver and requested a high-end vehicle while paying drivers at Uber's x pricing. They grabbed a more than 50% commission from driver .That is why Uber/Bolt is encroaching on your market. Grow up, you cretin. Basterd, you're a jerk.

I have an insanely strange experience with AddisonLee. I worked for 1 week. Then I needed to update my insurance documents. I called the Drivers' Support! Explained that I need to update the documents! And for a few minutes I heard screams and humiliations that I was a slave and no one, I didn't even say a word, I just listened in silence. Then he hung up and deleted my account! I didn't understand what it was!

Fares are too low and their commission is to high. Avoid working for them plus to decline a job you have to call them to cancel. There is a message option but they never see it until late. Pay your drivers more when 95% of drivers own their cars, insurance, servicing, 3 MOT a year, wear and tear All these companies are greedy

Love the new app, can start my day with pre books and keep ticking over with regular jobs during the day. 

For any drivers who want to make good money I currently head to busy areas empty and I’ve found this works with their system to get the best jobs!
