I’ve used this app since 2019 to save time addressing Christmas cards. It updates and prints mailing labels from my Apple Contacts. I created a “Xmas” list in Contacts and update individual contacts yearly. After a quick review, the app efficiently prints all labels

So easy to use and does everything so well! Envelopes, labels of all sizes, fonts, colors and graphics. Great user interface allowing label and envelope sizes, importing contacts or adding manually. Categorized folders make it very easy to organize your mailing list. Very easy to modify entries and extremely easy to print. No wasted labels. Also allows adjustments to make your printed envelopes and labels to be exactly what you want. Great App! Don’t forget to buy the developer lunch…..!!!

### 7.94 — 2026-08-19

The sorting of lists by zip code/postcode should noe work better for addresses that have been typed out.
Email addresses and phone numbers are now also exported as part of the csv export.

### 7.93 — 2026-01-21

An important couple of changes have been made for envelope printing:
1) Until now, the app has allocated an area on the envelope for the name and address, and auto-sized the text to fit. This made it easy for the user as they do not need to worry about choosing the text size. However, the allocated space was too small on custom envelopes, resulting in the text size being too small. This has now been corrected so that a larger area is allocated on custom envelopes.
2) The auto-sizing was always used previously. Now in Settings you can switch auto-sizing OFF, and then you can select the actual text size that you would like for the name and address text on the envelope.

### 7.92 — 2025-11-20

When importing from Contacts, you can now sort the Contacts list on last name, first name, Company or zip/post code.
Changes to privacy in iOS 18 onwards means that users can allow the app to have limited access to Contacts i.e. access to only a subset of their Contacts. Some users were later caught out when hoping to add names to their Address labels lists which they had not previously granted access to. The result was a blank Contacts list when importing which caused much confusion. The app now displays a message if the list is blank to suggest to the user that they might want to check the privacy settings set up previously, and allow more names to be accessed, if they now want them on their list.
Fixed a bug which resulted in the Print Country setting not always working correctly.

### 7.91 — 2025-09-30

Fixed a problem introduced by iOS 26.0 which could result in clipping the text at the bottom of an A4 labels sheet.
Creation of return address labels can now be started on the opening screen (by tapping the + button and selecting the Return Address option), without the need to create a list first. 
This makes creating return address labels easier, as well as removing some confusion, as users previously saw no way of creating them, until they had created a list of names for labels or envelopes. So, should you want to, you can now use the app just for creating return address labels without having to first create an unneeded mailing list.
Minor bug fixes.

Fixed issues with USA Intelligent Mail barcodes:
1) Sometimes not getting printed for manually typed addresses
2) Sometimes getting printed for non-USA addresses.
