## What is Addy?

Addy collects mailing addresses for you.

Send a friend a short text with their personal link. They tap it, confirm their address in about twenty seconds, and it lands on your list. No app install, no account, no typing for most people: their phone fills it in.

BUILD YOUR LIST IN MINUTES • Pull people in from Contacts, a spreadsheet, or by hand. • Import last year's list from Shutterfly, Minted, Google Sheets or Numbers. Addy maps the columns for you. • Match everyone to your Contacts to fill in phone numbers and emails.

INVITE WITH ONE TAP • Invites go out as regular iMessages from you, with a message you can edit. • Invite your whole list one after another, or nudge the people who haven't replied. • Recipients get an App Clip card, or a simple web page on any other phone.

ALWAYS KNOW WHERE YOU STAND • See who's confirmed, who's waiting, and who you haven't asked yet. • Addresses older than a year are flagged so you re-check before you mail. • Sort by name, city, state or status. Filter by group. Search anything.

ADDRESSES THAT STAY CURRENT • Friends who save their address with Addy update it once, and you get the change automatically. • Envelope names for households: "The Yang Family", "Josh & Aura". • Export a clean CSV for labels, printers, or your own spreadsheet.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Addresses are shared only with the people someone chooses to share them with. • No public profiles, no search, no directory, no selling data. • Delete your account any time, from inside the app.

Addy is for anyone who still sends real mail: holiday cards, wedding invitations, birth announcements, graduation parties, thank-you notes. Collect the addresses once. Keep them forever.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.0.1 — 2026-10-23

Activity tab: see when you sent each invite, who confirmed, and who updated their address.
Share My Link: one link for a group chat or a post. People add their name and address, and they land on your list.
Invite everyone at once: one button sends invites one after another, then turns into Nudge for anyone still waiting. Skip someone, mark them confirmed, or switch to a different phone or email without leaving the flow.
When someone confirms and joins Addy, they get your address too, and it stays current if you move.
Also: filter your list by missing phone, email, or address; set a person's status right from their page; newest confirmations sort first.
