But it’s almost like nobody really knows what they’re getting into. Sure they’ll tell you that you can invest as little as $1 but that will get you absolutely nothing. I’ve invested quite a bit with them on 4 different properties and have seen under $40 over the course of 3 years. Definitely expected more from this. Moreover, when one of their projects closed all of a sudden they took the entire investment with it and didn’t give a penny back to investors. ### 2/5 — Too bad *2025-05-27, version 1.52.1* Very promising, seemed low risk. One property completely fell through and there was no money returned or fought for. Unfortunately the profits are so small that when there is a loss (which is understandable in real estate ) it eats up all the profits l. I made 13 investments and haven’t / won’t make anymore ### 1/5 — Total scam *2024-08-25, version 1.39.2* I got scammed from flashy design to drop $100 on some building. Now I can't even access it in my portfolio. It never loads. Transfer money to and from your bank accounts to invest in properties and just watch your portfolio grow. It has allowed me to get my feet wet with owning small portions of real estate! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Going downhill with the membership updates … *2026-07-02, version 1.62.0* I started using addy in 2025 and really liked the platform. Fast forward to this year, I login and somehow I can no longer see my properties. Apparently, I need to pay to become a member to even see the properties that I invested in before this whole membership subscription came into effect. At first, I did see distributions from my property, but I haven’t seen them in months… not sure if this is because I’m not a paid member, but addy should not enforce a paid membership for those who invested in the property before the subscription came into effect. Overall im very disappointed in the new model and dont even know how to take my initial investment out … ### 1/5 — Straight scams zero star *2026-06-26, version 1.62.0* They got promoted by blossom influencers before. I fell for they scams and invested started 2022-2023 with 5 properties costed me over $7000, one by one gone, promise dividends and pay only few times and stopped. Now just dead money sitting inside. That should be a crime. Lessons learned. ### 1/5 — Always changing hard to trust *2026-06-17, version 1.62.0* Not a great investment app, constant changes and losses. Wouldn’t recommend , too bad it was a good concept executed poorly ### 1/5 — Pretty much a scam *2026-04-17, version 1.62.0* You won’t see your money for years and most of the projects go bankrupt so you are better off investing in ETF’s in the stock market and actually making money every year not waiting 5 years to find out the company building the property went bankrupt and stole all your money. ### 1/5 — They’ve gone bust and your money is gone *2026-03-25, version 1.62.0* This coming went bankrupt and any investment made is now gone. Make sure your remember these founders. ### 1/5 — Failed investments. *2026-03-02, version 1.62.0* Invested in 4 properties and they have all failed. Properties stopped communicating or changed terms. Been over a year and only 3 bucks in returns. The property started off saying monthly disbursements but then changed to quarterly but then claimed too many expenses and stopped paying. Another hasn’t communicated in 3 months and no one apparently can get a hold of them so it’s probably a bust. Another paid everything back after 6 or more months. At least didn’t lose on those ones. Not worth the risks. ### 1/5 — Scam‼️‼️ Scam‼️‼️ *2025-10-23, version 1.61.5* Fake investing site ### 1/5 — Don’t do it! *2025-09-09, version 1.60.0* Lost close to 5000 with addy. ### 1/5 — Money loser *2024-12-12, version 1.47.1* The small amount you make is gobbled up by membership fees and projects that lose money. We just had another property foreclose and we lost our investment. Wouldn’t recommend , there are better REIT options ### 1/5 — Awful app *2024-12-11, version 1.47.1* Genuinely don’t put anything into this unless you’ve read every word of what they tell you and confirm it with them through email, invested with them, they closed one of the properties and gave back nothing in compensation or even equity. Absolutely DO NOT use this app, it is in fact, TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE! ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Great opportunity to accumulate wealth! *2025-01-30, version 1.49.1* I have been using Addy for over a year now. And I love every bit of it as I know the app, opportunities, and community more and more. Addy opens up a door for normal people who are in the wealth accumulation phase to invest in real estate. One of properties I invested had already successfully exited and return was nice. The app is easy to use, no issues so far. The community on Discord server is great; I have been on it reading questions and insights more.
