Can’t run the game unless all other apps r closed. Can’t submit a question on company website. Paid for the original bundle and had to pay again. Unfortunately I like the game. This time I find I have to buy it again!? Now the software wants me to pay again. In the past 2 weeks, I've emailed twice with proof-of- purchase screenshots which is supposedly what they want you to do to make the apps playable as previously purchased, but no answer at all. I'd be happy to update this review, and the others I'll be leaving soon, if they will help me. Edit: Although it took almost a month, several emails and about an hour of work total, I finally have been given back all but a couple of the games I purchased. Send them screenshots of the actual receipts through your purchase record, not app store screenshots, which they do not accept. They will email you 30 day codes. I have updated my review from 1 to 4 stars. The games are great. The email response is slow and there should not be this much work required to play games you've already purchased. ### 3/5 — Bugs *2019-02-17, version 1.1.5* Book 1 chapter 5 has a secret you can’t get because a bush is blocking it, and you can’t clear the bush away because the “secret tree” is in the foreground, it just highlights as red and says it’s blocked. I’ve tried tapping around the area 50+ times and nothing works. Please fix! ### 5/5 — Adelantado book one *2019-02-17, version 1.1.5* Very enjoyable game, many levels with various difficulty choices. When will book 2 and 3 be updated to latest OS? Going through the levels and building a settlement through several screens without slaughter is a nice way to play. I also love looking for all of the secrets in each level. How do we get to the tree on the upper level of Primal Fear? Making decisions to keep track of resources needed for game play makes you think about the surroundings. I’m trying to buy it & it won’t let me. ### 5/5 — Not an upgrade *2019-01-08, version 1.1.5* This is not an upgrade and if you bought the previous Adelantado Book 1 you will need to purchase the game AGAIN for full access. RIP OFF! So on 21 December I have had a message to contact Qumaron support. This comes after numerous emails to them already about this issue. They claimed there was nothing they could do and told mr to contact Apple. Which I did. Apple were equally unhelpful. Seems both companies want people to buy the same game twice. It’s not happening. Watch this space and I will let you know if Qumaron grow a moral compass. I will not buy this game again. I have just purchased this game and if you cannot complete the level in one go it does not save your progress. It also keeps logging me out the game by resetting to the start page or shutting the game down completely. This means that ten times so far I have tried to do level 3 (first purchase level) and it is now getting incredibly annoying. Played them many, many times. Candidly, Adelantado #1 game was always a bit of a problem, through 2 & 3 worked perfectly. I just downloaded (and paid for) this iPad version. Silly me, never occurred to me that these reliability issues would not have been resolved in this IPad version..... but NO! My game continually exits while I’m playing Part 1, Chapter 4. First time is was on the last move of that level, which of course, prevents me from moving on. Second time, I got about 1/2 way through, third time I’d barely started. I’ve exited, restarted, all the usual stuff... all other games work just fine, it’s just this one. It would also be fantastic if you would create a new trilogy, done like the first 3 books, not the book 4 Aztec skulls thingy. I was a big fish member along with your company and such. I hope the same happened with Books 2 and 3, both of which are also brilliant. This has been a favourite series of mine for so long… I leave it until I’ve roughly forgotten the levels and play through again because it’s so original and unusual, and as it goes on, it gets surprisingly complex. A perfect strategy game for those of us who love this genre. Thank you Qumaron — this series is excellent. Now, how about Archimedes 2?!
