Recently getting into the accounts from our devices has been a problem. We get an error message message. ### 4/5 — Great banking app! *2024-10-16* This is a great banking app. It needs an update to where it immediately prompts for Touch ID or password every time you hit the app button. Right now it’s set up to where when you hit the app button, it automatically shows your balances without putting in a password or Touch ID 😳 Then when I click other buttons in the app it prompts for Touch ID. I switched when the big banks started censoring people after January 6th for their views. It’s easy and I’ve never had a problem getting or depositing my money. I specifically love that run in Christian Values. Not only does Axos bank have strange banking rules, their app is always moving slow and glitching, which isn't good for a mobile bank. Adelfi has been wonderful. Not only is the customer service awesome, the app works well and their banking service are great this far. Sometimes the camera takes a pic of the check before you even touch anything. Sometimes it just boots me out and I have to sign in multiple times.
