## What is Adem?

Breng je ademhaling aan de hand van de animatie in deze app gemakkelijk in het juiste ritme om je stressniveau te verlagen. 
Tevens bevat de app een uitleg waarom ademhaling hiervoor werkt en waarom ontstressen belangrijk is voor je lichaam en welzijn.

Het doel van deze app is de drempel te verlagen om regelmatig deze ademhalingsoefening te doen. Daarmee maak je dit een automatisme en ben je beter in staat dit toe te passen op momenten dat je meer stress ervaart.
