Don’t waste your time dealing with Ades. They’re a complete joke! From the terrible website to this useless app. Not sure which is worse. It appears the owner is just a money grabber who couldn’t care less about customer experience or satisfaction.

Okay so for a min, I mistakenly did not remove an item from the box and i threw it out my bad. I have been buying from this store for few years now and im asking online that this item wasn't sent and one unprofessional lot responded to me rudely and still went on like that. I literally had to go out and check the bin and saw I was wrong but the way these people talk to you is the most horrible experience I ever had, even called and they cutting calls on you. Thank God there are better stores everywhere with your expensive bad products. I will happily spread the experience.
