I wasn’t even sure a planning app could feel this good to use, but here we are. Adesso is clean, simple, and actually pretty to look at! Which matters more than I expected. But what really got me is that it cares about you, not just your to-do list. As a therapist I appreciate that it weaves in breathing, journaling, and wellness alongside your schedule, like a gentle reminder that being a whole person matters more than being productive. It doesn’t make you feel behind. It makes you feel taken care of. Genuinely love this!
