Pretty basic when you do get in. Cmon Adey, great filters but rubbish app. ### 1/5 — Poor *2022-12-29, version 3.1.18* App constantly crashes while using it. Poor customer service when I report issues. Password and PIN number twice to get in, then it constantly crashes or needs reinstalling. The points per product are a complete joke, spend 7 grand on filters and get a jacket, great. Still advertising a 2018 diary on the rewards page 😂. I am a installer and promote ADEY products, especially I fit ADEY filters, I don’t get no rewards. I really hate the company for not appreciating the loyalty of there customer. The app could do with some improvements as seems to crash and freeze often. Recently has been improved but still lacks that slight bit.
