When logging back in it prompted me with a payment screen for some odd reason—so I even renewed at the annual price just in case there was a lapse, but there wasn’t. So basically after paying twice this month the app is not working and won’t let me past the payment screen despite it confirming I paid. Tried logging out, resetting, etc. And no it’s not because I’m hiding my email through Apple. I can see the appropriate email address everywhere.
