보다 효율적인 증상 개선에 대한 교육을 목표로 개발되었습니다.

집중력장애 교육에 대한 시간적, 공간적 제약을 극복하고,
집중력장애 관련 궁금증에 대해 
토닥이와 채팅 형태로 이용할 수 있도록 구성하였습니다.

토닥이 ADHD Care를 통해 집중력 저하 원인, 집중력 향상의 방법, 집중력 관련 질환 등에 대해 학습 할 수 있으며,
자가 체크 리스트를 통해서 집중력 저하 정도를 확인할 수 있으며,
마음챙김, 호흡훈련, 근이완훈련 등의 극복 방법에 대해 미리 숙지하고 체험해 볼 수 있습니다.

본 앱은 2019년 과학기술정보통신부 주관의 가상증강혼합현실 플래그십 프로젝트의 연구성과물로 개발되었으며,
인지행동치료(CBT) 기반으로 정보를 구성하였습니다.
