### 4/5 — Great, but intermittently German

*2026-05-14, version 3.1.7*

The app is really good, the tips are often useful, however once a week or so it shows up in German randomly.

### 3/5 — Has potential

*2026-04-14, version 3.1.7*

Could be brilliant, but there’s not really enough content. The description “organizer, planner, games, tips” is overselling it a bit! It’s just tips. These tips repeat fairly quickly, and the one-a-day format is frustrating if you’re hungry for advice. The slider to reveal each day’s hack is awkward, and sometimes the notification opens the app on the previous day’s hack, meaning you have to force the app to close to get the new one. Overall, the real purpose of the app seems to be to promote the related Numo app rather than provide any meaningful help. And finally, and it pains me to poke at a neurodivergence issue, but nothing beats getting someone else to proof-read your content before you publish it. Sorry.

### 3/5 — If you have your phone text size magnified, it is annoying!

*2024-11-30*

If you have your phone text size magnified, like many of us with bad eyes do, you can't access the slider to open the tip! I have to adjust my text size, read it, then put my text size back! It's super annoying, and every time I say I'm deleting the app! But. The tips are usually pretty good! Please fix this! I should be able to read it without all this hassle! I guarantee many others are inconvenienced as well. (I saw one review where they said it was a glitch. Lol Not realizing it was their larger text size... Regardless this shouldn't happen! No other app has an issue with it!

### 3/5 — No luck with VoiceOver screen reader

*2024-10-06, version 3.0*

I only experimented with this app for a few minutes, but I didn’t find much I could activate. At one point there was a slide to unlock item. I could not slide it with Double Tap and hold gesture. I did try to determine the place on the screen of that item then shut voiceover down touch and slide and bring voiceover up again. I had different content, but the only thing I found was referring to an app called pneumo-. My friend was looking at something called wisey.app, but what I saw didn’t sound like the content she was seeing. I didn’t wait any extended time to see what happened if I got a push notification. probably going to delete the app. gave it three stars because I really couldn’t evaluate the content. my only comment is that I think this could be useful to blind people with ADHD who use voiceover, so would encourage exploration of making it accessible. from reviews, I too, would like to see the ability to access the list of tips or whatever else is in the program without having to wait for them to be presented as push notifications.

### 4/5 — Love the insight!

*2024-07-18*

The Lifehack suggestions must have been developed by actual ADHD Adults or even children (though many don’t actually believe the BEAUTIFUL ADHD Brain has a higher IQ than most) because we are always thinking. Overthinking, getting caught up in “hyperfocusing” too often in what we like not what we have intended to accomplish.

These LifeHacks though I wish they could be PDF’d are great for me. When I read one daily, which is where the ONLY issues comes for me with the app, I would like 1 to start the day and 1 immediately at the beginning of each day. Instead of having to wait a certain amount of hours.

Numo is too overwhelming! I read one and think to myself, “exactly” or “that’s just what I had been thinking, that might make it easier for me!”

**Developer response:** Hey there! Thanks so much for your awesome feedback! We totally get the ADHD brain and how it loves to overthink and hyperfocus—it’s like a superpower, right? 💥 We're thrilled that the Lifehacks are hitting home for you! And yeah, we hear you on the timing thing. We’ll definitely consider how to make that experience smoother, maybe with daily Lifehacks that come in faster. You're not alone in feeling like Numo can be overwhelming, we’re working on making it more streamlined for folks who need a little more flexibility. Keep those thoughts coming, we love hearing them! 😄✨

### 3/5 — Had to Delete

*2024-07-06, version 2.1.0*

There seems to be a bug that enlarges the text on my screen so that I can’t select buttons or settings. I couldn’t do anything so I had to delete the app off my iPhone

### 1/5 — HELP! How do I turn off notifications??

*2024-05-17, version 2.1.0*

I thought this app would be helpful. It was not. It gave me the exact same “life hack” tip EVERY. DAY. I first turned off notifications, then I deleted the app. I’m still getting notifications at 6PM daily with the SAME TIP EVERY DAY! It’s like I’m living the movie Groundhog Day! There’s no where within the app to contact support. I’m at my wit’s end.

### 1/5 — Does NOTHING

*2024-05-03, version 2.1.0*

Well except sends you to other pay app's without telling you!!!

### 4/5 — ADHD Lifehacks

*2024-02-15*

I like the individual tips every day.
I would like double the amount of daily hacks.
Having an assignment or exercise to complete would be great! But take less than 10 minutes.

### 2/5 — Good idea, but flawed

*2024-01-22*

It’s a cute app, some of the tips are useful and some very corny. However, it has one major flaw. The notifications are scheduled at the same time every day, which means it easily becomes rutinary noise in the sea of notifications some of us with adhd live in. If you don’t check them daily, you’ll miss on the tip/trick. It’s penalizing you for not opening the app daily while also telling you it’s ok to not perform every day. Quite the irony giving the audience!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Wow NOT FREE

*2026-04-10, version 3.1.7*

This app takes you to other apps that want you to pay
Why can’t there be a real free app for people who really struggle with ADHD
Everything is about making a buck these days instead of really caring about how some can’t afford to pay for these apps
Just out right ridiculous

### 1/5 — Why the good ratings?

*2026-04-04, version 3.1.7*

Not sure how it has 4.5 ratings. There were 2 life hacks that were extremely generic. When you explore other options it just takes you to their other apps for any other useful features. Immediately deleted.

### 1/5 — The has nothing but affirmations

*2025-09-09, version 3.1.7*

That’s it. That’s the whole app

### 1/5 — I don’t get it

*2025-04-01, version 3.1.1*

Literally 1 tip per day so random.

### 1/5 — Literal SCAM

*2025-02-12, version 3.1.1*

Please don’t ignore the reviews that say it is a scam. It is nothing else. There are no skills learned. There is literally nothing offered in this app. It is expensive and offers nothing. Please DO NOT FALL FOR IT.

### 1/5 — I don’t get it

*2024-12-04, version 3.1.0*

The app shows a “hack” and an affirmation. That’s it. I suffer with my ADHD so I’m always looking for ways to help. I just can’t see any usefulness with this app. What am I missing?

### 1/5 — Non functional and no support

*2024-10-27, version 3.1.0*

Was really excited to use the app. Downloaded and installed fine but the user interface is not working. Menu at bottom covers functionality at top so I can’t select the continue button. Also, clicking on the support like just downloads a useless file. Don’t know how this got such a high rating. Junior level design flaws and non existent support shouldn’t get one star.

### 1/5 — Disreputable dishonest company

*2024-07-30, version 2.1.0*

Do NOT purchase!!! When faced with problems accessing app on iPhone company would not honour or back its service by issuing full refund for in app purchases paid for. Had app ten minutes and was not able to access content but when refund requested company was unwilling to provide customer satisfaction or stand behind their service and offered 25% refund as solution. Very disappointing they don’t stand behind customer satisfaction and honestly are thieves for keeping money that was not earned by providing useable app/accessible content. Buyer beware!!

### 1/5 — Deleting

*2024-07-18, version 2.1.0*

The first thing this app does is ask for your email address, but I wanted to explore its features first before committing to anything. All I could access was a daily affirmation and links to other apps. And it kept sending me to a web page that doesn’t exist. I couldn’t find anything useful, and it all feels a bit dodgy so I’m deleting immediately. Maybe it’s more useful if you sign up but I wasn’t prepared to do that.

### 1/5 — What the hell

*2024-06-04, version 2.1.0*

I just paid for an app to see “something is better than nothing!” 😂 all i got was one quote, how is this curing my adhd, how is this helping me organise my daily routine, how is this helpful i could literally get that from a tiktok i cant believe i paid money for absolutely no info nothing. Just sends you to other apps thats it. Want my money back asap

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Helpful tips in bite-sized packages!

*2025-06-02, version 3.1.1*

Quick and easy. Helpful info in bite sized pieces.

### 5/5 — ADHD adult not yet made it my magic still-cursing me

*2025-01-18, version 3.1.1*

Anything and everything that Souly helps adhd people is alright by me help us narrate life like everyone else can so easily

### 5/5 — Logical tips

*2024-12-17, version 3.1.0*

I wish I’d thought of that, lol

### 5/5 — Incredulously Free!

*2024-07-24, version 2.1.0*

So eloquently spoken! Supremely beneficial! Hacks and affirmations coupled with thoughtful to do lists providing structure and clarity to what most recently was chaotic despair.

### 5/5 — This is just so helpful🙏

*2024-07-13, version 2.1.0*

I finalize

### 5/5 — Great

*2024-05-12, version 2.1.0*

Works really well to help me think more positive and have tips for dealing with adhd. I’d love a feature to have these hacks or affirmations as wallpaper somehow.

### 5/5 — ADHD Lifehacks

*2024-05-10*

I like the individual tips every day. I would like double the amount of daily hacks. Having an assignment or exercise to complete would be great! But take less than 10 minutes.

### 5/5 — Simple.. Yet quite effective!

*2024-01-04*

Of all things, who knew just a tiny bit of information such as 1 simple affirmation a day would make such an impact on how I view my disability, myself, and success. 1 simple ADHD life hack a day, that if just one time proved effective over what I’ve been doing then that’s huge to me! Let alone multiples. Now to keep myself focused enough to come back and rehearse them lol. I’m grateful for this app and the support it’s provided me. I love the thought of keeping it simple and quick as to not overload our already overloaded minds.

### 5/5 — Neat

*2023-12-12, version 2.0*

This is such a sweet little app !

### 5/5 — Lifesaver & Confidence Booster!

*2023-12-05*

Unlike Neurotypical folks, I need to see/read/hear something MANY times before it becomes a ‘ Go To’ or becomes an Action to develop a Habit around. I ‘BELIEVE’ that by saving info in an ADHD File I my Cloud, Printing out a copy & pining it to my “L👀K Center” or even flagging a page in a book will cause me to “Re•Visit” these GREAT IDEAS when I’m ready to write them in my Habit Tracker section of my BuJo…. WRONG…..

THIS APP is the ONLY WAY THAT WORKS! It is almost Gamified in that it ‘Pops Up’ each day all fresh & new! However, I’ve now developed a routine with a digital list & the “Latest” hack as an entry…. I then review this list at the end of the month and add on to my Habit-Tracker for the next month.

THIS APP HAS CHANGED MY LIFE! More than ADDitude Website/Magazine App or any other Specialized App for Neurodivergent folks like me!

I’d also like to add that I’m 57 years old…. You CAN teach an old dog NEW TRICKS!!!

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS APP!!!!
