## What is ADHD Coach?

Start small. Grow a garden at your pace.

ADHD Coach is an ADHD-friendly study and focus timer for homework, college and everyday tasks. If procrastination makes starting hard, try a 5-minute session and add one small first step. Each focus session also helps build a peaceful home for Pip, your little companion.

START AT YOUR PACE
Choose a short session or set your own duration. Add an optional first step to make starting easier. Sessions run continuously; you can end early and still keep the focus time you earned.

NOTICE IT. LOG IT NOW.
Tap a distraction when it happens, or write your own. Undo an accidental entry and review your session afterwards. Distractions never take away Pip's progress.

KEEP THE NEXT TASK SIMPLE
Add quick tasks, put them in order and start a focus session directly from a task.

GROW A FREE GARDEN WITH PIP
Your study time helps Pip's world grow. Build five Meadow projects and collect 12 free plant varieties, including blossom trees and willows. Earn three colors per plant and open 15 Main Garden spots through your progress. Store finished plants in the shed and grow more at your pace. Short sessions count too.

SEE WHAT YOUR SESSION GROWS
Choose a plant or project before starting. When it finishes, pick what grows next. Any leftover focus time is saved for later, never expires and is only added when you choose.

UNDERSTAND YOUR PATTERNS
Review sessions, distraction patterns and weekly progress. Your history helps you find a session length that suits you.

MAKE MORE ROOM WITH PREMIUM
Optional Premium adds Riverside and its six projects, plus Flower walk and Woodland garden: 30 more planting spots. Their front beds open as soon as Premium starts; further beds open as you grow plants. Collect Moonflower, Iris and Maple, plus a special fourth look for each free plant. Earned progress is kept if Premium ends; Premium building and customization pause.

YOUR TIMER AT A GLANCE
On supported iPhones, see your active countdown on the Lock Screen with a Live Activity. Add a Home Screen widget for a glance at your session. Widget setup is manual.

YOUR DATA, YOUR DEVICE
No app account is needed. Tasks, sessions and habitat progress stay on your device. Export a backup and import it when needed. Restoring a purchase restores Premium access; your saved world is restored separately from a backup. Apple and RevenueCat process purchase information to provide subscription access.

English and French are available. Optional reminders and gentle animation controls let you choose how the app feels.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
Premium is available monthly or yearly. Both plans unlock the same features. Prices are shown in your local currency before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in Apple subscription settings. No free trial is included. Earned habitat progress is kept if access ends; Premium building and customization pause.
