## What is ADHD?

Starting is the wall. ADHD-Focus is built for the part of the day where the plan already exists and the beginning doesn't.

It is an organization and wellbeing app for adults with ADHD. It takes the load off your working memory and puts it on the screen, where you can see it.

WHAT'S INSIDE

Today
One screen with what is actually on for today and your next reminder. Nothing else competing for your attention.

Tasks and routines
Get it out of your head and onto the screen. Repeat daily, on weekdays or weekly. Break the big ones into steps, so you can start halfway in instead of at the very beginning.

Focus blocks
A timer for short, honest work blocks: 15, 25, 45 or 50 minutes. Stop early and it still counts. A block you started is a block that happened.

Tracking
Three taps a day for mood, focus and energy. After a week you stop guessing about your own patterns and start seeing them.

Strategy library
Short reads you can use the same day: getting started, time, routines, focus, emotions, sleep. General education, written plainly, in all three languages.

Self check-in
Six questions about your everyday life, and a reflection on what you told us. A mirror, not a test. Always free.

BUILT AROUND HOW THE DAY ACTUALLY GOES
- Reminders at the hours your day really happens
- Time made visible, so hours stop vanishing
- Two-minute starts, because beginning is the hard part
- No streak shaming. A missed day is a day, not a verdict.

YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE
Everything you write lives on this device. There is no account to create, no server to sign in to, and no copy of your notes with us. Export everything or delete all of it from Settings, in two taps. The app works fully offline.

THREE LANGUAGES, ONE APP
English, French and Spanish: the whole interface and the whole library. Switch any time in Settings.

ADHD-FOCUS PREMIUM
Free for 7 days, then $9.99 USD per month or $79.99 USD per year (save 33%). Premium unlocks unlimited routines, task steps, every focus block length, the full strategy library and your long-term trends. Payment is charged to your store account when the free trial ends. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel any time in your store account settings. Restore Purchases is on the plans screen if you already subscribed.
