GREEN NOISE for the win!!!!

I’ve had this app for a couple of years now and it’s the only app that I can actually fall asleep to or complete work with and the reason being is because there is no notable loop of the white noise. For those with ADHD and extreme pattern recognition I’m sure you can relate to not being able to use basically any electronic version of a sound machine due to the looping.  

If I’m in a busy setting in public or an office, I can always put my headphones and turn this app on and disappear while staying in the room. Thank you!!!

As a person that has been diagnosed with ADHD Combined Type, I have found that any slight noise can be a distraction to me and cause me to lose my focus on my task at hand, and become fixated on the source of the noise.

Therefore, a good pair of noise cancellation headphones, and this app are absolute necessities for me. My medications and this app are crucial for my ability to focus and concentrate.
