## What is ADHD+ Routine Planner & Alarm?

Everything you do every day, in one place.

ADHD+ is a daily routine planner built for ADHD brains. An alarm starts your routine, a checklist walks you through it one step at a time, and a timeline shows what's next. No streaks, no guilt, no account.

ALARMS THAT START YOUR ROUTINE
Set an alarm for the moments that matter: waking up, starting work, leaving the house, going to bed. Use a real alarm that rings through silent mode, or a gentle notification if you prefer. Stop the alarm and the checklist for that routine opens straight away, so there's nothing to remember and nothing to hunt for.

ROUTINES, NOT TO-DO LISTS
A routine is a reusable checklist for something you do every day. Tick off each step as you go. Repeat it on the days you choose: every day, weekdays, weekends, or your own mix.

START FROM A TEMPLATE
Not sure where to begin? Pick a ready-made routine and make it yours:
• Morning Launch
• Focus Block
• Out the Door
• Daily Reset
• Wind Down
• Meds & Water
• Brain Dump
• Work Shutdown
• Weekly Reset
Every step can be edited, reordered or deleted.

YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE
The Today timeline shows every routine in order, what's done and what's coming up, so the rest of the day has a shape. Swipe to mark one done.

PROGRESS WITHOUT STREAKS
See how many days you showed up and how each routine went. Missed days show as empty, never as failures. One routine counts.

SET UP FOR YOU IN A MINUTE
A short setup asks how ADHD shows up in your day, then builds your first routine and its alarm for you.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account and no sign-up. Your routines, answers and history stay on your iPhone.
