## What is ADHD Productivity?

Create and manage Personas to maximize productivity!


This is app is designed based on the Alter Ego Method, a productivity method where you define a fictional character with desired traits and immerse your self in it to achieve certain goals.

PersonaOS improves on this concept by allowing you to make multiple characters for your different activities and environments to maximize focus and efficiency, which can work best for people who have ADHD and struggle with procrastination, fictional immersion with personas can drastically help with productivity and focus  .

In addition to that, each persona you create will have its own : Notes Tab, Tasks (Todos) Tab, and a dedicated Habit Tracker Tab. This is design is meant to help you separate your workflows to maintain focus. 

Also, you can add persona affirmations that will be shown each time you switch to that persona. Which can help you transform and be immersed.
