I just downloaded your app and accepted a free one week trial. I was immediately charged $18.60 and then 10 minutes later, $14.88. There is no way to contact customer service , and would like this addressed immediately.

I don’t mind paying for an app, but WHY CANT YOU JUST POST THE AMOUNT YOU WILL BE CHARGING??? Canceling subscriptions is a major deterrent to ANY subscriptions in my world. Remember, I have ADAHD, godammit!!!!!!!

This App gets you in with an initial cheap price then up sells everything! You end up spending a lot of money then when you finally get to the app and start using it you can see why they make you pay upfront. It’s not definitely not worth it.

As an artist, with ADHD, I have found music in the background distracting my thoughts.  This app helps me think and listen to my own thoughts, helping me to focus so much better.  My anxiety vanishes, which is huge!!

I bought this app thinking there were soundscapes and CBT lessons. Said they would remind me before the free trial was over, and they didn’t so I’ve been charged a full year for an app that only has soundscapes on it. Inaccurate description of what they offer! DO NOT BUY!! IT’S A SCAM!!

At 70, I've struggled with sleep and focus for years. At night, I'd obsess over whether I turned everything off, leaving me exhausted. But 'Mellow' solved this perfectly—its calming features help me drift off peacefully. During the day, the 'Focus' and ADHD modes work like magic, helping me stay on task with reading and chores (something I never thought possible at my age!).

What I love most is how simple and effective it is—no gimmicks, just tools that work. The soothing backgrounds and reminders make it feel like a companion. Even my grandkids are impressed!

If you need help with sleep or focus, just try it. I can't recommend it enough!

I was unaware I signed up for MellowFlow. I was charged $133 on my Apple Card. Then denied to not pay.  I had to download the app, but nowhere to make sure I am not charged again , let alone too much money for it.
How can I communicate with someone to make sure there is not another charge?!
