## What is ADHD Time?

Ever thought you had plenty of time before an event… only to completely lose track of it? Yeah, same.
 - “I’ll be there in 20 minutes.”
 - “Wait—20 ADHD minutes or real-people 20 minutes?”

This app started as a joke between two friends. After a slightly chaotic debate, we realized something: time flows a little differently for me than it does for you. Hence, ADHD Time was born.

The idea is simple: calculate when you actually need to start getting ready. Most people give themselves some vague mix of “getting ready” time—part minutes, part hours, part winging it. ADHD Time brings clarity to the chaos.

You’ll get a clear, black-and-white schedule showing exactly when to wake up, get off your desk, take a shower, walk the dog—whatever you need to do before you bolt out the door breathing heavy and wondering how it got so late.
