## What is adhDO?

adhDO helps you bring order to your day with a simple, linear timeline. No magic formulas, no motivational slogans – just an interface that doesn't guilt-trip you and lets you focus on what actually matters. Especially comfortable for people with ADHD, but designed to feel good for anyone tired of chaotic to-do lists.

Timeline instead of endless lists
All your tasks live in a single flow of time. Today's tasks sit at the top, tomorrow's below, then the days after. No separate boards or folders – you open the app and see exactly today and its real load, not a giant heap of everything in your life.

An honest archive
Yesterday and older days automatically move into the archive. Unfinished tasks don't drag behind you forever. If something really matters, pull it back to today in seconds. This lowers guilt and removes the illusion that you're "obliged" to do everything someday.

Break down big tasks
Any task can be split into tiny, concrete steps. Instead of a vague "I should deal with this someday," your brain sees a specific next step that takes two minutes – making it easier to start.

Automatic day archiving
Every day is like a separate page of your life. Today you work with it, tomorrow it gently moves into the archive. What's relevant stays in front of you. What's past remains accessible but doesn't press on you.

Full sync
iPhone, iPad, and Mac work together through iCloud. No extra registration, no third-party accounts – just secure, seamless sync.

Deep iOS integration
Add tasks with Siri, widgets for Home and Lock Screen, reminders and alarms, Shortcuts support, accessibility (VoiceOver, Dynamic Type), gesture controls and drag-and-drop between days.

adhDO is available with a subscription or a one-time purchase. Try the app first, then decide. Prices vary by region and are shown before purchase.

Subscription: Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in App Store account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.

One-time purchase: Pay once, no automatic renewal.
