I have recommended it to several of my friends. I haven't encountered any app crashes or bugs. Please, however, add the ability to chose a sticker size before you start the editing process. Apple allows Small (100x100 @3x(300x300)), Medium (136x136 @3x(408x408)), and Large (206x206 @3x(618x618)). Also, if at all possible another nice feature would be the ability to have a sticker pack shared with other users so that anyone can add a new image and it would sync across all of the connected users. A "StickerParty" if you will. My only suggestions would be to allow batch creation of stickers 👍 ### 5/5 — Much better than sticker packs! *2016-09-17* Making your own stickers is such a great idea. Take a picture, then edit it right in the app. Remove the background, etc. This app is a bargain! Locks up. Virtually unusable **Developer response:** Hey there. We want all our customers to be able to enjoy Adhesive, and our other users can vouch for us when we say that ‘locking up’ is certainly not normal behaviour. That said, we’d love to help you out, but can’t really do so via the review system. If you could email some information about what you’re trying to do when it freezes, your device model, and iOS version to support@madebyayden.co, I’m sure we can get everything working for you. ### 1/5 — Less than stellar *2019-01-03, version 1.5.6* Just purchased it from a recommendation and I can only make a sticker from a drawing. When I go to take a picture and I go to use the photo or retake, the camera app freezes and I have to shut the program down. When I go to choose a photo from the library the screen goes blank and I have to shut it down I have an iPhone 8 Plus with plenty of storage. I reboot the phone and still can’t use the program other than to draw. This is the first time I ever reviewed an app. Fix it or give me my money back. Ps. (Downloaded a number of apps at the same time, some free, some paid so not sure if I paid for this one) ### 2/5 — Image transparency is ignored *2019-12-04* Would be really nice for images with transparent backgrounds to be automatically cut out during import. Currently, transparency is turned into white, then the user must cut out the white manually. BUMMER ### 2/5 — No bulk import *2018-04-01* It would take a lot of time to create one sticker pack because you would have to import one sticker at a time. Sticker size is another issue, just as mentioned by other reviewers, yet this hasn't been fixed as of today. What a shame, for this app has so much potential. ### 2/5 — Loses transparency on PNGs *2018-01-16* This app seems pretty well designed and I thought it was exactly what I was looking for, but it loses transparency when importing PNGs from the photo library, so it’s not really useful for creating quality stickers. If you don’t mind just pasting in photos without transparency, I think it would be pretty good. **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback about the app. Adhesive is designed to support importing PNGs for creating stickers. Some other apps, while saving to the photo library, don't retain the transparency of some PNGs. To make this process easier, a future update will support more image sources (iCloud Drive, file browser). ### 3/5 — One of the best, but *2020-07-07, version 1.5.6* Great app with great functionality. But the lack of iCloud syncing makes it kind of pointless. i use iPhone, iPad Air3 and iPad mini 5. Frequently switching between them and don’t feel like creating every sticker again on each device. ### 3/5 — Sharing almost never works *2019-11-29* Everything about this app is great, but every time I try to send a pack I made, it just sends a link to the App Store to get the app, instead of the pack. And yes, I’m sending it to other people who already bought the app. ### 3/5 — So much potential... Unfulfilled *2017-10-03* Perhaps this app isn't for people who want to use it to its fullest potential. It's a great idea for an app, the sticker sharing is brilliant for example. If you're not picky about how your stickers behave specifically when it comes to resizing, it's probably a great app for you. That said I do care. If I create pngs that are large I should be able to resize them larger than default. However this app has issues with that. Worse still is animated sticker support (gif and apng both) they resize every gif to postage stamp size. Yes there are limits in messages file sizes, even within the 500k limit this app still resizes then to nothing. Dev claims this is a system limitation however if you look at other sticker apps you can see gifs don't need to be extremely tiny. (Quid for example allows resizing of gifs and PNG stickers) I really want to like this app. But they need to acknowledge and fix these shortcomings, and not just incorrectly blame iOS for their issues when other apps do this fine. **Developer response:** Hey, we hear your concerns. This is partly due to iOS's sticker size limit, but we can handle it better in the app, and are working towards doing this in the next version. From a technical perspective, it's important to remember that user-provided GIFs of all sizes can vary, which is why pre-made sticker apps are able to pull this off better. Regardless, we are working to make this experience better and ensure that stickers are the desired size. ### 4/5 — Good app *2019-09-24* Only thing I’d recommend to make it a 5 Star (above and beyond app) is add an “actions” button to pull images straight from safari to the app without having to save them (ie when you press “share” and it shows shareable apps you can load photos directly from google). The GIF bug appears to be a bug in iOS and going forward, we are working with Apple to resolve it. ### 4/5 — I love this ap *2019-02-27* Few requests: Ability to organize stickers/move them between packs. And sync across devices. I made a sticker pack, my friend bought the app too, but when I select Share in iMessage, she can’t open the file I sent her. I might be missing something, but I can’t find any tutorials. Otherwise, absolutely amazing and exactly what I was looking for! EDIT: Changing to 5 stars because of the developer’s reply and thorough explanation.
