After entering all the required client information, the app freezes and stops responding. And why should I have to visit the branch every time I need to do a simple transaction that should be done easily through the app? I have been using the normal application (personal) and it’s been always functioning perfectly, user interface is very well designed and the application is super smooth and easy, just like all Adib services. But surprisingly when I created the business account and downloaded this application, it feels like a scam. The whole experience is very low quality, user interface is poor, lagging, not easy and not smooth at all. As if it was a trial application.
