我刚激活账户，准备登录进去，输入token验证码，一直提示错误，非常奇怪。

برنامج معقد جدا وسيء جدا يكاد يكون تسوأ otp اتعاملت معاه في حياتي 
لازم كل شوية تفتح الانترنت البنكي وتفعله ويا ريت في الاخر بيظبط لكن للاسف يقولي انه اتفعل ولما ادخل otp في المعاملة يقولي غلط واحاول تاني لغاية ما تنفذ المحاولات ويقولي كلم خدمة العملاء وحاجة اخر قرف
ياريت تبعتوا otp على الرقم المسجل في البنك وخلصنا بدل البرنامج المقرف ده

This app is not easy to use when u put pin it gives u locking as u entered wrong one then u have to reset & activate it from the beginning. I tried to talk to any of technical support but they seem careless about errors & customer experience about the app

I have installed the app 
When tap on scan button 
I get a warning that the application requires access to the camera and that's good 

But he didn't ask me or request a permission for the camera 
So I couldn't use the app never
