Every color variation of every item is listed separately, which makes it difficult to choose a style and then decide on a color. You can filter by a single color, but not every style comes in every color. The app is not designed with the customer experience in mind. Had to cancel the order then i ordered a diferent size and had to pay more because it wasn’t at the same prize and to get refund for the extra miney i payed i have to call again and wait like i just did,waited like 30 min for them to answer my call, like if it was my fault. When i ordered the jersey it was on stock by the way so its not my fault and im the one calling and dealing with all this! OnTrac has horrible reliability. Package is estimated to be here Thursday. Doesn’t show at all Thursday. Last update listed in OnTrac is Wednesday morning and nothing since. I called, got hung up on and disconnected multiple times. Finally got someone who admitted it’s an issue with the app. So, I don’t know how long it been going on, but for me at least 2 weeks. What kind of business allows this to go on this long?
