Je ne suis plus capable de synchroniser la puce. Un problème de firmware. C’est vraiment décevant car j’aimais beaucoup voir les différentes stats. Merci à l’avance. ### 2/5 — Frustrating *2023-08-25, version 4.0* The product was great to use until end of 2022, unfortunately, the GMR cannot sync properly and connect with the app anymore. ### 2/5 — Always have issues *2023-05-26, version 2.7* Hard to know what it is doing, struggles to connect. Updates can take ages to load, cool idea, not user friendly. Also you can’t look at your old stats easily or download stats etc ### 3/5 — Gmr App not working *2022-07-24, version 2.5.0* The GMR tag and app were working perfectly until recently when I had issues with stats being randomly changed even after I had went home and put my cleats away, weekly goals randomly deleted as if they never happened and now the app won’t load any stats I’ve made sure the tag has been connected and synced but now nothing is loading. ### 2/5 — No longer works *2022-03-24, version 2.4.2* This has worked on and off for the past year, with occasional annoyances like having to resync or not recording all data properly, but generally it’s been good. This last update though seems to have coincided with not being able to sign it at all. Every option leads to an error, so this is fundamentally unusable now. I know half a dozen people who also have the same issue at the moment. It’s a shame, as it was fun while it lasted! ### 2/5 — Good when it worked *2022-02-08, version 2.4.0* had a great experience for the first couple if uses but the app won't pull up the most recent synced data. Seems to download stats when it’s in a good mood. ### 2/5 — Frustrating *2021-10-26, version 2.3.0* Frustratingly slow to sync, why can the app not store older data and make this available straight away and only sync new data. Please update the FAQs in the app to remove references to FIFA Mobile if it is not required anymore. I just downloaded the FIFA Mobile app to try and help a slow sync and the FIFA app forces you to play a lot of academy before you can even adjust any settings. It is disappointing that it traps you into playing and therefore encourages in app purchases from EA. This could be a great app to use and compare with friends but if you try and show anyone it takes too long. ### 2/5 — App doesn’t sync anymore *2021-10-07, version 2.3.0* Used the tracker and app for a few weeks flawlessly. Now when trying to sync, the app says “Syncing…” endlessly with no completion. Past stats and community stats are no longer viewable either. Also I love the leaderboard feature and how you can compare to professional players stats. However my one setback right now is its in kilometers and I live in the United states and I would prefer Miles per hour and miles. It isn’t that big of a problem but that’s why I will not give 5 stars right now ### 3/5 — Ok, but not choose on units *2021-05-13, version 2.0.2* So far, this is ok. But it only shows you the info in km/h and km. I know most of the world uses SI units but there should be an option to switch (like the old micoach app did) . I have called support and there is no such option. ### 3/5 — Okish *2021-05-13, version 2.0.2* So from what I can tell the app when singles in and working is ok. But every time you close it you have to go through the whole pairing and setup stages again which is annoying. I’d rather it have the stats dashboard and a small option to pair again. It’s not practical when you just want to open the app and see what your stats were last time on the field. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t connect. *2021-05-10, version 2.0.2* It’s a good idea but it doesn’t connect to my phone. I follow the steps but it’s doesn’t connect. I keep my phone on the sideline and hoping that it connects. Even if the stats were a representation that’s great...but now it has just stopped working or recording. I’ve reinstalled the app a half dozen times with all her “stats” not recorded. My 10 year old daughter is a ‘high level’ athlete and this was supposed to be that individual motivation; alas this has been a huge disappointing Christmas gift, after having been the “cool dad”. It questionably recorded for a about 3 months, now it’s just a rock in her shoe. Let me know when you have a fix. **Developer response:** Hi there! Your adidas GMR team ### 2/5 — Not reliable *2021-04-17* Had GMR 4-5 times I played soccer .Every time it showed total distance 0.6 miles when my Apple Watch had 7.2-7.4 miles .I don’t have another device to compare touches , ball speed or my own speed , but comparing distance makes me feel that all stats are wrong . Sometimes it takes 10-15 times before you can connect to gmr . I never thought I will have bad reviews for Adidas , but it is how it is when you do something with google **Developer response:** Hi there! I sent an email and no one replied. I have 4 unused tags with 4 unhappy players ### 1/5 — The app doesn’t work at all *2022-09-28, version 2.5.0* The app won’t let me get passed the sign up/sign in page. Completely broken. ### 1/5 — Nonstop loading since iOS 16 *2022-09-20, version 2.5.0* Only giving a 1 star because I cannot see my data when that’s the only main feature… I got the GMR device roughly 2 weeks prior to the new ios16. It was working fine till I updated to the latest iOS. So far useless ### 1/5 — Very poorly executed *2021-08-16* The hardware and software integration is just plain bad it doesn’t track most of the time and shows it’s disconnected even though it’s connected and fully charged when you think that your stats are being recorded only to later comeback and see that barely anything has been recorded since it’s kept disconnecting throughout a session as an idea has great potential but under the hands of adidas who don’t make software or hardware the integration and experience take a massive hit to a pretty great idea of a product maybe actually invest in a proper dev team to get the integration sorted out as for the hardware guess that can’t be helped considering google make bad quality hardware and adidas doesn’t make any hardware **Developer response:** Hello.
