Not working
permission denied for function add_video_to_queue.”
As I mentioned before, I am using the latest update for your app, and the latest iPad iOS. And as I also mentioned before, it use to work GREAT. I am not doing anything different. It just ISN’T working. I would love to be able to use it again and remove this review. PLEASE FIX. PLEASE let me know how I can chat with you directly if it’ll help you understand what might be going on, other than updating review here. Thank you.
**UPDATE 04/19/26** Thank you for reaching out but there is no way to reach you back other than to update this review. I am using the latest iPad OS and the latest version of your app, and it still fails to generate a vid. Again, took my credits and FAILED to generate a video. While I appreciate your response and for crediting my credits back on the backend, the issue still persist. Please let me know how I can reach out to you, I would like to share screen shots/videos of how the app deducts credits, attempts to fulfill the request and fails without returning credits back. It was great while it was working and I would love for it to start working again and I’ll be happy to remove/update my review once it is working again. But it’s still not working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my iPad, made sure my iPad as well as your app is all up to date and I am receiving the same error messages as before.
*Original Review:* Thank you for your response to my last review, but first, you gave back only about half of my credits, and I just tried generating a video again and it keeps failing and credits I paid for are still deducted and not returned! The process hangs on the very last step and then throws an error “Generation Failed. canceling statement due to statement timeout.” I’m using iPad Pro 13” iOS 26.4.1
