Your perfume products are excellent, but I am very disappointed with your customer service and delivery. The executives lack proper knowledge, and even senior staff fail to resolve issues. Deliveries are consistently delayed by 6-7 days, and my last order was delayed for 20 days before I had to cancel it.
Please improve your service and delivery timelines to enhance the customer experience.

Its has been 1 month, they took my money and haven’t send the perfumes i order. Their customer support is pathetic, no on responds.
I will file a case against this man running a fraud business.

Pathetic customer support, I have placed my order on Sep 15th & still not received it yet, I tried to reach out to them via email & watsapp but no one is responding, i have sent them 5 to 6 emails but it looks like they don’t even care & now i am stuck and just waiting my order to arrive or may it may not come because i dont have there contact number so that i can talk, I will wait till sep 30th or else i will go to consumer court, So my request to everyone don’t make the payment in advance.

Cannot cancel order or change address in the app. Yes I did! By mistake. My order was placed at another address. I am unable to change it right now. Nor am I able to cancel the order. It is very bad.

I’ve bought the gift box of 6 pieces and believe me all of them are excellent and every product has a different and unique fragrance, White Oud, Shanaya, Sarwan, Musk, Oud Al Hashmi and Leader….I’m loving it❤️❤️❤️
