I ordered earrings with expedited delivery (4-6 days delivery), they charged me for earrings and expedited delivery, but did not send them. I tried to contact them by phone, but every time the answering machine worked. I tried to write a message on the official website, but no answer. I wrote to all the emails and called all the phones. They replied to my message only a few days later and said that my product was marked as "fraudsters", so they decided not to send the goods and not to return the money. I also considered them scammers, since they withdrew the money, and the goods were not received by me within the specified period, they do not respond to my messages and do not give a tracking number. I paid by credit card, so today I will solve the issue of refunding funds through the bank. I have already warned all my acquaintances and friends about possible fraud on the part of this company, so continue to pass on the information to protect yourself and your loved ones.
