## What is Adipose?

Adipose was designed help track calories in the simplest possible way allowing you to truly focus on achieving your goals. With Adipose, you own all of your data, you create your ingredients and track them over time. This level of ownership empowers you to truly take control and gives you much deeper insight into what you're consuming. If Adipose works correctly, one day you'll find yourself no longer needing it as you'll have developed a deeper intuition for the food you're eating.
