I can manage everything from one place. The app lets me make patient calls and see the schedule. Adit is simply the best and most cost-effective practice management software currently available, in my opinion. I moved over from Weave, which was awful for various reasons and far overpriced in comparison. The things I love about Adit include: the office phones, the software itself (both desktop and mobile phone apps), the highly responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable customer support team, as well as the pricing which is absolutely reasonable for the total added value it brings to our practice. If you are on the fence about trying Adit for your business or practice, do yourself a huge favor and try them out, the results will speak for themselves. Their app glitches all the time. It will eventually get sorted, but for small business owners, this is not the ideal way to run your office. We need constant, continuous functional services in order to better operate and serve our patients. This is the worst platform office Phones not working,app not working, customer service dishonest, they said not contract, but on separate page you have 12 month contact, fraudulent charges. Too make phone works, They connected my cell phone to Google voice, this is how they work. They are not trying to fix problems. Issues from texts being sent out trying to confirm patients who have already confirmed, mass emails failed, grammar issues with default eyewear reminders, voicemail box text notifications not working properly and a very slow app and web page. We are now switching back to weave. ### 1/5 — Total useless company *2025-05-10* This company lies about everything, their app or desktop application never works. 9 months of continuous issue no calls can be made or answered. They know the problem but all they say it being worked on for 9 months. I would avoid this company until they get their product in order. I’ve lost so much time on the phone with adit just to get no where. All of their employees are overseas, and literally never understand English. They hire cheap labor prob paying them under 5$ an hour to trouble shoot.
