My payment wasn't auto-debited, so I paid manually, but I wanted clarification regarding the status. They keep asking for payment screenshots, but even after sending them, they are just stalling and making excuses. First, they said my email isn't updated. Then, they claimed they would transfer me to the loan department to update it, but they never did, wasting my time. To make matters worse, the executive was laughing and mocking me on the call. Despite calling 10 times, no one has updated my email, and the excess amount paid hasn't been refunded either. Very unprofessional service! A duplicate EMI was deducted from my account and later refunded. However, for the following month’s EMI, the NACH mandate was not presented from the lender’s side despite the mandate being active and sufficient funds being available in my account. The account was then reported as overdue, causing a significant impact on my CIBIL score. I have sent multiple emails and made several follow-ups, but have received repetitive responses without any meaningful resolution. Customer support has been slow, and the grievance handling process has been frustrating. A credit score is extremely important, and issues affecting it should be handled with much greater care and accountability. Their backend team will never reply to your email and when they do, they would not even check you account and payment history. I have cried tears of blood after taking loan from them. I paid them the amount for Foreclosure of the personal Loan in two instalment, one on 13th October 2025 and the other on 14th October 2025. They sent me an email on 7th November stating that there is a Shortfall in the amount I sent to their account — I almost had a heart attack. Then I again sent the receipt of the payments in the reply to their email and haven’t received any response since then. It’s 9th November today and I’m anxiously waiting for their response. Their customer service team says that, “we cannot do anything as we don’t have access in the system”. Take a loan from them and be ready to cry with tears of blood. Their Customer service will always try to avoid you by saying the same statement in a loop, “Please wait for sometime, our backend team is working on your request” and you will end up waiting forever. I have done all payments via online banking due to some restrictions at bank end for single transaction with specific amount so split in 2. Still getting email like they haven’t received payment for 1 transaction, but how come as I got confirmation from customer care that first payment was received and later processed with remaining payment in 2nd transaction. Now I have shared all transactions details with screenshots over email still they are like payment not done for 1st transaction so not sure who will assist as no proper resolution from customer care. Want you all to inform you that without letting me know they put my loan in 12 months lock-in period coz of which I can’t preclose my loan. Before taking loan they told us that only 3 months lock-in period, after that you can preclose.
