## What is AdjusterDash?

An AdjusterDash account is required. Available features vary by plan.

AdjusterDash is the field companion for independent property adjusters—from everyday inspection schedules to major CAT deployments.

Keep your claims, routes, appointments, contacts, notes, and file statuses together in one app instead of juggling spreadsheets, sticky notes, and assignment emails.

PLAN YOUR FIELD DAY
• Build an optimized route across your scheduled stops
• See drive times and arrival windows for each appointment
• Drag and drop stops to reorganize and recalculate your day
• Keep confirmed appointments protected while adjusting the remaining route

STAY ON SCHEDULE
• See your next stop and daily route at a glance
• Open claim locations in your preferred navigation app
• Send appointment confirmations and arrival-window texts on eligible plans
• Track confirmations and identify contacts who still need follow-up

MANAGE CLAIMS FROM THE FIELD
• View contacts, property addresses, loss details, and notes
• Create and update claims from your phone
• Move files from unscheduled and confirmed through inspection, review, and payment
• Keep your claims, route, map, and dashboard synchronized

WORK THROUGH WEAK SIGNAL
View supported cached claim and route information when connectivity drops. Supported changes are queued and synchronized after your connection returns.

ADD CLAIMS YOUR WAY
Enter claims manually, upload a CSV, or use supported assignment-email workflows, including emails generated by XactAnalysis and Symbility.

Whether you are handling four local inspections or a 50-claim storm deployment, AdjusterDash helps you stay organized, keep policyholders informed, and move every file forward.
