高齢者の日常生活動作（ADL）の維持・向上のためのシニアヨガです。

「ADLのためのヨガ」は、Silver age yoga認定 シニアヨガインストラクター資格を有し、アスリート向けレッスンや様々な企業へヨガコンテンツを提供している「伊藤ゆり」先生と、理学療法士の監修・コラボにより実現したアプリです。

このアプリはADLの評価手法である「バーセルインデックス」の項目別に、さまざまなコースが用意されています。

■食事動作コース
嚥下のために姿勢や体幹を強化し、顔の筋肉をストレッチ。食器を扱う手首の柔軟性アップも行います。

■車椅子からベッドへの移動コース
脚力や体幹の強化、立ち上がり時のバランス力のアップを行います。

■トイレ動作コース
手先のストレッチや体幹の強化、股関節周りの柔軟性アップを行います。

■入浴動作コース
浴槽をまたぐための体幹や脚力の強化、洗髪時の腕を支える力や柔軟性アップを行います。
