ADLi is a tool designed to make conversations with your doctor simpler and easier. ADLi can help patients, caregiver(s), and doctors monitor and manage AD as patients navigate their journey. Only your doctor can enroll you in ADLi. If you are already registered, please log in. If you aren’t registered, please contact your doctor to discuss if ADLi could be helpful to you.
