## What is AdımApp?

Sağlık, insanın en büyük hazinesidir. Sağlıklı yaşam için hareket ve spor kaçınılmazdır ancak büyük şehirlerin yoğun temposu, iş yoğunluğu, trafik, zaman yetersizliği derken spora ve yürümeye çok fazla engel var.
