The app doesn’t work for four weeks, the company still hasn’t fixed the issue.

Since support doesn’t seem to relay the urgency of this. We’ll try a rating drop to get this the attention this requires. If you are new client demoing this. Be sure to demo the backend. The front end works well but the backend is a constant headache. Not a week goes by that something isn’t broken.

I’m not sure what the secret sauce is but the app works every time and I get notifications almost instantly after a request is sent. I have not had any problems and would recommend this product.

This companion app to the “Admin By Request” Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution is literally light years ahead of anything on the market in this product category.

Unbelievably quick and comprehensive communication from sales to support.

I would highly recommend, and in fact do, every chance I get.
