From there you can also book a meeting with our team, talk to an advisor on WhatsApp, or open a ticket. • My tickets: follow up on your requests, reply, attach photos or screenshots from your gallery or camera, and get notified when there's a reply or a status change. • Ministries: when assigning someone, pick the person first and then one or several roles at once. • Home: the birthdays card shows the next one when nobody has a birthday today, and the next service card takes you straight to the volunteers. • Selected options are easier to spot, with color and a checkmark. • Fixes: you can always go back when a screen opens from a notification, long lists scroll properly in every sheet (also with a mouse on iPad), and notifications take you to the right place. ### 1.0.2 — 2026-10-09 • Ministries: see each serving member's photo, email and WhatsApp, along with their roles in the ministry. Tap the email or WhatsApp to reach them right away. • Deleting a role now asks for confirmation, so it never happens by accident. • Notifications for forms, events, donations and project tasks take you straight to what happened. • Visual tweaks and stability improvements. ### 1.0.1 — 2026-10-08 What's New in 1.0.1 A fresh new look • New soft theme matching the AdminFiel web dashboard, with improved contrast across chips, alerts and checkmarks. • Redesigned welcome screen. • Sign in with Apple and Google. • Tap your avatar to open Settings. • Every pop-up sheet now has a close (X) button — no more swiping down to dismiss. People • Forms: create custom forms, publish them on your church website, share the link and review responses with analytics. • Online Registration: let people sign up from a public link, then review, approve or discard each request. • Custom fields: fill them in from the person's profile or directly in "Edit Person", with a cleaner design. • Marital status chart now uses your church's own catalog. • Clear message when a catalog option can't be deleted because it's in use. • Multiple-choice answers now display correctly. Finance • Treasury totals are separated by currency for churches that handle more than one currency. • Period closures for each treasury, with permission-based reopening. • Link a person to a transaction. • Transactions and reports open on the current year by default. Calendar • Add any activity to your personal calendar: Google, Outlook, Microsoft 365, Yahoo or Apple Calendar (.ics). • Subscribe to your church's calendar so new activities appear automatically. Projects (new module) • Manage projects and tasks with a "My Tasks" view, file attachments and a little celebration when you finish. Groups & Services • Group meetings. • Public volunteer schedule, just like on the web, with secure signed links. Settings & Account • New "Users & Permissions" screen with the updated permission model. • "My Subscription" is now visible only to the church owner. • Menus adapt to each user's permissions. Home • "Getting Started" card to guide new churches with no data yet. • Single add button on empty screens. Fixes • The app reopens on the last screen you visited. • Notification prompts open reliably. • Back navigation from Birthdays. • General bug fixes and performance improvements. ### 1.0 — 2026-10-03 No release notes. ## Apps similar to AdminFiel | App | Rating | Price | Category | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | [DocScanly: Scan to PDF](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/docscanly-scan-to-pdf/id6816371613) | — | Free | Productivity | | [Alta Ekklesia](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/alta-ekklesia/id1611867804) | — | Free | Productivity | | [Maslow HR](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/maslow-hr/id6503260116) | 5.0 (1) | Free | Productivity | | [Go by GrupoONO](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/go-by-grupoono/id1549560681) | — | Free | Productivity | | [Club Celerity Ecuador](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/club-celerity-ecuador/id6763607687) | — | Free | Productivity | | [OnStage: Worship Team Planner](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/onstage-worship-team-planner/id6478959874) | 4.8 (135) | Free | Productivity | --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/).
