What is most frustrating though is that it keep logging you out and doesn’t save your login details. So I spend alot of time having to re-input my login details. It constantly asks you to authenticate and requires a one time passcode even after biometric authentication is enabled. Click to view policy documents and you have to authenticate again with another passcode. Click on another link, you have to authenticate again. Password complexity does not conform to current recommendations and it also asked for a PIN to be setup. Once you eventually get in, you can’t even view your documents. Clicking the link to download just causes the app the refresh with nothing downloaded. The app is just a vehicle to try and upsell other products and utterly useless as a tool to manage your policy or view documents. ### 1/5 — Not working *2026-07-24, version 5.4* Login screen is not seen ### 1/5 — Always bugs *2026-07-21, version 5.3.4* The amount of times it logs me out is very frustrating, the app doesn’t even fit my screen properly when I have to zoom out manually. I’ve got the latest phone and the app is the latest update so I don’t understand why there’s issues. Really annoying to use, I can’t use it without it taking a million years to load a page. It does the same on my partners phone, my work phone, and if I uninstall and reinstall, same thing. Nothing loads at any point, so what’s the point in spending hundreds of pounds with you to use an app that doesn’t work? Clearly other people are having the same issue, which is a fantastic way to lose customers. Too much of the app is stuffed with cross sell and upsell adverts.
